### 1. Eligibility
* Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
* By entering, you confirm all details provided are correct.

### 2. Nature of the Competition
This is a skill-based competition, NOT a lottery or gambling activity.
A participant must correctly answer the skill question to qualify for entry.
Entries from participants who answer incorrectly are void.

### 3. How to Enter (Paid Route)
* Paid entries are available via checkout on website
* Entry packs contain a set number of entries (as advertised).
* Once payment is processed and the skill question is answered correctly, your entries are added to the draw.
* You will receive confirmation via Instagram DM and/or text.

### 4. Free Entry Route (Required for Legal Compliance)
No purchase is necessary to enter.
To enter for free, send a handwritten postcard or letter including:
* Your full name
* Instagram username
* Mobile number
* Email address
* The name of the competition
* Your answer to the following : What colour is the Lancashire rose ?
Post to:

Free entries must arrive before the closing date listed on the raffle post.
Each valid free entry is equal to 10 entries

### 5. Closing Date
The competition closes at the date/time shown on the official Instagram post.
Entries received after this time (paid or free) will not be entered.

### 6. Winner Selection
* All correct entries (paid + free) are placed into a digital random draw system.
* The draw is conducted fairly and may be recorded or done live on Instagram.
* The winner is selected at random.
* The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM and/or text message using the details provided.
If the winner does not respond within *48 hours**, another winner may be drawn.

### 7. Prizes
* The prize will be clearly stated on the Instagram post and website
* No cash alternative unless specified.
* Prizes will be sent out via email / phone number / instagram

### 8. Refunds
Paid entries are *non-refundable** once your entries are confirmed and added.
* If the competition is cancelled for any reason, all paid entrants will receive a full refund.
